We offer only exchange against returns. We don’t offer refunds against purchases.

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of the item, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

To complete your return, please follow the following steps

  1. Write us an email to [email protected] stating the reason for the return.
  2. Once the return request is accepted, pack the item in its original packaging and courier it back to us at the return address mentioned in the email.
  3. Wait for us to receive and inspect the returned item.
  4. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, within a certain amount of days- this depends on the availability of stock of the said item at the time of exchange approval.
  5. If the item is found to be used or damaged we won’t accept the return, notify you of the same via an email, and send the product back to you.
  6. Return and exchange are allowed only once per order ID.


We do not offer return and exchange for the following conditions

  • Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Used partially and shows obvious signs of use
  • Missing or damaged original packaging after receiving it
  • Consumables like Endodontic Files, Gutta Percha, Paper Points, Putty, Solvents, Dental Cements etc that are once opened cannot be returned
  • Change of mind after placing the order- no exchange with another size of the same item, another item of the same value etc. will be accepted
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • We also do not accept the return of products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for return and exchange. Discounted items are not eligible for return and exchange
  • Any complimentary sample or free material received is also not eligible for return and exchange



Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to an address notified by us.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
